Tedel has indicated that this thread is about Peru

Hello all,

My friends and I are starting a website and we have requested Peruvian government for information to place on it. We have finished the section "Peru" on the website and we would like to know if the information presented is complete, accurate and useful for other people as well. I am asking for some feedback here, please. I will appreciate a lot.

See the articles here.

PS. Please, do not consider this spam. Our intention is to know if we can improve the articles and in which ways we could do it. We are not trying to get visitors by placing this thread. Thank you.

Hi Jorge...

Normally, a post such as this one would be considered spam - especially from a member with only four posts logged. (Yes, I looked at those postings too.) And, you are "trying to get visitors" just by posting the link. But, after reviewing what information you have available at this time, I do not feel you are not as much "promoting" as you are asking for feedback and there are only 3 pages of information available for viewing - all giving useful information about Peru.

I do not know how much feedback you will receive, but in my opinion, what I read was informative as I have never visited the country. Though I was able to find similar information in other places, it still was concise and well written.

Please keep in mind that any promotion of the site as it develops will not be allowed on TP.

This website has information you would find in an almanac or encyclopedia, not useful travelers information. If that was the purpose then ok, but I find it of little or no use for the people in this forum.

I'm looking train info, hostel/hotel info, what kind of foods to avoid, how much things cost, etc.

OK, thank you. I'll try to include it soon.
