Hello Andy.

I am looking at coming to Vietnam/Cambodia in Late November/December 2009.
I am a second year University Student studying Aerospace Engineering and Chemistry studying in Australia.

I was looking for myself and my girlfriend (also an engineering student) to do some volunteering for 2 weeks or so. I was wondering if you could send me some more information about your organisation?

I would be willing to help with some primary or secondary mathematics education, and/or teaching English.

It would be much appreciated your reply.

Thankyou,

Matt

Hi Andy,

I've been trying hard to contact you via your email past few weeks but have received no response. If you remember, we had contact in march for a period until i lost internet connection in rural Thailand. Now that im back in Singapore, I have since gathered a team of enthusiastic volunteers keen to help out with the school in any way. I will be doing a Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia-Thailand trip this Dec from 5th Dec to 24th Dec. Will be in Cambodia from 16th to 20th Dec. Hope i can visit the school and gather some on the field details for my team. My main objective will be to make concrete plans and gather information for my team. Will this be possible in any way?

Yours Sincerely,
Jamon

Hi, Andy

My name is Paul. I'm a Canadian who had been teaching English to children in Taiwan for the past 8 years. A few years back I visited Cambodia for a few weeks and truly enjoyed it. I'm been thinking of volunteering somewhere in Asia for a period of 6 months to a year. It seems that most places require a fee to to help. Could give me a brief rundown of what you guys are doing there and what you need? Many thanks. Enjoy your day! Paul

Hi Andy,

I sent you a PM. I'm in Asia for a couple of months from February. I could potentially increase my stay. I have an engineering masters degree and experience teaching children in sports but I would have a problem transferring that to Maths and Science.

Hi Andy,

I am planning to take a career break early next year to travel and possibly do some kind of volunteer work in Southeast Asia. I am very interested in working with people and would like to do something that really benifits local communities. I have good communication and computing skills. Please let me know if i could be of use to you.

Thanks, James.

Do you still need help? My gf and I are planning on a career break starting this summer and are looking into options.

I love Cambodia as does my girlfriend and so we are very interested.

She works with kids at the moment and I have done bits and pieces of volunteering over the years and have also worked as teaching asst in a special needs unit in a school in the UK. We don't have TEFL's but could be considered as very enthusiastic!

I play a lot of sport so would be into sports coaching.

We are both happy to give anything a go and are interested in helping out for more than just a few days. Can you help with accommodation?

I have a lot of questions but for now I am just interested to see if you are still keen for help.

Cheers,
Joey
