danmar has indicated that this thread is about Croatia

If I travel from Ancona Italy to Split Croatia by ferry, how do I get to Dubrovnik? Is it best to go by bus or train?

Is there an easy and inexspensive way to travel by air from Venice to Dubrovnik? suggested web sites and airlines?

Thanks for the help. danmar

There is no train from Split to Dubrovnik. So, your best option is bus.

I don't know about the airlines. I think the only cheap operator that has flights to Croatia is EasyJet, but I'm not sure.

Actually, to my mind it's best to go by ferry. Several boats go down the coast, normally stopping at 2 or 3 islands on the way (Hvar and Korcula plus sometimes one or two others) so you can island hop your way down. Otherwise, there are lots of buses (you actually go through a tiny bit of Bosnia on the way through as well, although it's not as exciting as it sounds at that point), and as stated, there are no trains at all.
