I'm having 10 days holiday sometime in the end of march next year and thinking of travelling somewhere warm.Any ideas where to? I reckon I can't find any warm places from Europe at time so where should I travel to? I'm trying to find the cheapest options,I'm living in London at the moment and the flights are pretty cheap...
If someone has got any tips or ideas let me know.
Cheap flights now go to Morroco which would be an option, also cheap package trips to Tunisia, Egypy, Turkey, Jordan and Gambia amongst many others.
I know package trips aren't great, but you don't actually have to use the whole package... Just use the flights, and maybe the transfers etc and then explore on your own. That way you even have free accom [well, pre paid as part of the package] as a backup and that can be used if you want a day or two to veg out at the end of your trip.
I did what Gelli suggests to get to Tunisia a few years ago - cost £120 round trip including accomodation in Hammammet for a week, accomodation was a bit duff but we only spent a few nights there, the bus network is OK so we went up to Tunis for a few days and also did a 2-day trip down to the Sahara and to the Western Atlas. It was a good cheap week!
well,if u say u would like a place that is wram, then i suggest u conisder Ghana.it is safe in Ghana and cost of living is affordable.the Ghana international airlines,Astraus, etc are all affordable flights to Ghana.the food here is great.well if u would like to get more info about Ghana.mail me and i will help u with that.
