I have a hamster. He is called Juan the Destroyer. His favourite hobby is shredding carrot-shaped chew toys.

What pets do you have, and what are their favourite hobbies?

I have no pets as they make me sneeze and wheese, but my best frind has two labs called Jazz and Strider. Their hobbies are jumping all over visitors and licking any exposed skin. Strider is in love with a big stuffed moose whose head he gnaws on all day long. Jazz chases squirrels and occassionaly catches one.

I have a boss. He stays on as short a leash as possible, and his favourite hobby is making me work 45hour+ shifts....

Poor Gelli... :( Well, when I was younger I wished to become a vet so I "had to had" a lot of pets... ;) Beside common pets like fishes and hamsters I had also some unusual - blood-sucker and black chick. Now I have just almost 12-years old white rabbit Apolonija, which went blind so hardly jump around. :( Maybe there are some spiders behind the wardrobe...

I have a cat who likes to take it out on the furniture and if my friend Janine visits who smokes rollies she steals the tobacco out of her handbag and tries to eat it!!!

I had budgies when I was a kid. My mum still keeps them, they are really noisy. The tamest, little Toby used to sit on my shoulder and nibble my ears, bless him.

Unfortunalty I can't have pets now. I've lived in shared rented houses (no pets allowed) for the last 9 years and I really miss having pets.

I want a penguin. :)

We had budgies too when we were kids. The first one was Ruffles, who would waddle to the side of his cage to be 'pet' under the chin. We had him for years. The second was poor Harley, whose run-in with the hall mirror didn't go so well. Dad had to put him in a jar and close the lid. It was very sad. Poor thing.

I'm with Rich on this one....the boss is an animal. So are the union workers I supervise who forget how to stand upright, occassionally dragging their knuckles on the ground

Otherwise, always had dogs as a kid. Growing up in Arizona, we had all the warm and fuzzy pets....tarantulas, rattlesnakes, scorpions, gila monsters......great fun them. Nowadays, it's cats. Lots of cats. Then pile up a few more cats. Add to that, more cats.

Though I think we may have an adolescent white-tailed deer and his two girlfriends moving in behind the barn......

I hear that cats make nice gloves, and also tennis raquets
