I hear that cats make nice gloves, and also tennis raquets

And Cat a la King, but you didn't hear it from me.

Otherwise, always had dogs as a kid. Growing up in Arizona, we had all the warm and fuzzy pets....tarantulas, rattlesnakes, scorpions, gila monsters......great fun them. Nowadays, it's cats. Lots of cats. Then pile up a few more cats. Add to that, more cats.

Though I think we may have an adolescent white-tailed deer and his two girlfriends moving in behind the barn......

Okay, combined (though sometimes owned seperately - we haven't always been attached at the hip) we've had: mice, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, rabbits, snakes, spiders, hermit crabs, turtles, fresh & saltwater tropical fish, a lobster, a canary, cats, dogs, a pig and a goat.

Presently, we have 7 cats inside and 17 outside (out stay out and in stay in) plus a rather large goldfish and pleco.

Oooohhh, and the young buck with one of his girls passed through Norm's field this morning. We also have a nesting pair of red-tailed hawks behind the barn.

When I grew up we had:

Dogs
Cats
Guinea Pigs
Degus (South American Rodents)
Chinchillas
Rats (shows the cruelty in our family since I am terribly phobic of rats!)
Various Species of Birds (Budgies, Parrots, Canaries)
Fresh Water Fish (my brother still has a 2m*1.5m Aquarium)
Hamsters
Dwarf Hamsters (don't know the proper name for them, but they were cannibals. They all disappeared one by one until just one was left.)
Gerbils
Rabbits

That should be about it.

I have a cat called Dímon. He is so cute and extremely lazy.. His hobbies are lying around where he's not allowed, eating and drinking water from the shower..
Look, I have a picture..

The horse gods aren't going to be happy with me forgetting El Marco and Suzy Joe... (I knew I was missing someone and and they were pretty big to forget!)

And Kris is right - Dimon is very pretty! ;)

My folks weren't very keen on animals so when I was growing up the only pet I had was a goldfish. He was called Mark.

Since then (up until getting Juan) the only other pet I've had was another hamster, called Monty, who escaped.

Pardus and Isa could have opened a zoo!
