Hey.

I'll be in Phuket in a few days, gonna jump straight on a boat to one of the islands on the west coast. Anyway...

I'm gonna do a liveboard dive trip, probably on the Similian Islands (should be some of the best?) - but with who? Some guy told me he did a four day/14 dives livaboard tour for 12.000 Baht... But all I can find on the internet is pricey luxury boats.

I'm looking for the cheapest possible... Although I wan't a boat that doesn't sink, dive equipment that doesn't let me drown etc. :)

Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

Rasmus

Too latwe for ideas but can you tell us how it went, I am sure your experience would be interesting to us all and of special interest for those who also want to go diving.

I'd be interested to find out what the Similian Islands are like? Is it worth going if you don't dive? I love snorkelling but am not a diver.
