Come on! The snow, the crackling fire, popcorn, hot chocolate!

The slush, the sludge, the shovelling, the gettng sprayed by speeding cards, the slipping, the falling, the -45 with wind chill, the lost glove, the leaky boot, the runny nose and you forgot to bring kleenex...

Are you playing high stakes poker at work again, Twina??????

-------------------------

The snow - white for 30 seconds, makes a mess and doesn't clean up after itself. It falls hard and fast just in time for Beerman to try and get down our road and get stuck 100 yards away in a drift. (Hoping the snowplow won't run the car over while clearing the drift - 24 hours later - if we're lucky.)

The crackling fire - we'll be expecting you tomorrow, B. I'm sure we can have all the materials delivered in time for you to build us a fireplace before the first big blizzard arrives. I already have the marshmallows since we'll probably be snowed in.

The popcorn - great for stringing garland to hang on the tree and at the movies.

The hot chocolate - okay, got me there! Add some rum and you have a very nice snowy afternoon warm-me-upper.

Oh to be 20-something again with a snowblower that works... Okay, skip the 20-something and just send a working snowblower.

Why not get a 20-something with the snowblower? They can handle it better. You can enjoy all the marshmallows, rum, hot chocolate, yadda yadda. Skip the cold! Maybe pop in a crooning Bing as you enjoy your toasty fire...

I heard the bells on Christmas Day...

It's still November!

And today it's about 13C here!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain!!!

What does november have to do with it? It's -25 here with a good 35cm of snow. If you are talking about it's too early for christmas stuff I don't consider this a christmas song. I think it's more of a Zuesmas song.
