Ok Dublin for the weekend is fun - how many days 2 or 3? do you want history culture or shopping and fun!

Shopping - Grafton Street and St Stephens Green Centre is nice for a wander up and down and they should have the window displays in Brown Thomas for Christmas now! Also stop off at Butlers Chocolate Shop and get a hot chocolate DELICIOUS especially in cold weather! Or head over O'Connell bridge where there are the cheaper shops!

Culture - if you jump on the hop-on hop off bus it can give you a good guided commentary of the city especially if your time is restrained. I can recommend Kilmainheim Gaol, Guiness Brewery (cos it reminds me of our TP meet up!) or a wander around Trinity College grounds or pop in to see the Book of Kells.

Temple Bar area is a haven for tourists - lots of pubs in close proximity to one another and there are lots of restaurants of all types here too!

- there is lots and lots more to do but my brain is a bit dead at the moment!

Enjoy Dublin - l hope it stays dry for you!

Thank you for your tips...
It was fun!

The only thing I missed was the hot chocolate... When we're there we have just eaten.

But thanks again!
