I want to travel to Australia/New Zealand in February and would like to stop in Hong Kong for a couple of nights on the way out and get a direct flight back.
What is the best way to book this? Do I buy three flights? Do I buy one or two outbound flights?!
Any help greatfully appreciated.
the best way is to just book a return flight with a stop over, most airlines allow for stop-overs.
This way is the cheapest way of doing it, and sometimes you can get a good deal on accomidation and airport transfers.

Try STA travel mate, thats where we got our ticket, they'll find the best ticket to suit you, ours allows 3 stops, Hong Kong was an option...
Cathay Pacific has its base in Hongkong and has one of the cheapest round trip fares from europe. I booked it for about 750 euros from Holland. They sometimes also have hotel offers for little more money.
hi iv just had a reasonable quote from travelbag with a stop for as many nights as i like in hong kong maybe worth a look?
