Quoting wildfk

It wasn't meant to be a was a slap in the face! You were supporting a bunch of incorrigible animal abusers!

I consider comments from men, about slapping women in the face, to also be abusive. Wildfk, would u please be careful, about how u express your opinions.

Morning Everyone,

This thread is particularly useful to me :) as just planning 2/3 weeks in Thailand for possibly Oct/Nov. (Would love to go for longer but would have to sacrifice my job and not quite ready for that this year...)

Any itinerary advice please? I want to see beautiful places and try as much as possible but in only 2/3 weeks I know the options are limited...

Also is Oct/Nov an alright time of year to go and any flight booking tips please??

Sorry for being an information-stealing sponge! x

But we could sleep in a tree house, in the jungle, and not have to pay the 800baht fee, because we would not be entering the park?
Am i understanding that right, Henna Jade?

Yeah wildfk
I was just thinking about how little care the Thais seem to take with the environment, when i read your post, expressing the same.

Hello Mjlacey

My flight booking advise, is to book your flight, on the internet. It is usually cheaper, than booking with a travel agent.
If u do not have a web link, to book the flight, let me know, and i will suggest one. The one i use.

If i had 3 weeks, as u have, i would choose 3 or 4 places, to visit, in Thailand. This would give u time to properly enjoy them.
Where to go is up to u.
Do u want to party, dive, veg on the beach, visit hill tribes......?

Thanks for the advice Mel :)

Would like to party a bit, but not enough to kill off the daytimes.
Would definately like to try diving and visit beaches ut I also like the sound of this jungley place people are talking about...

I want everything... like bloody usual...

Well pick and choose mjlacey
Thailand is going nowhere.
It will still be there, when u go
back again.
I think too much rushing around ruins the travel experience.

I might visit that jungle place, next August. I know it is the rainy season, but I dont care.

That's always my problem - I try to organise far too much activity and don't leave any time for observation!

Will get it right this time.
Could you please provide a flight link for me? That would be much appreciated.

Hi for flights here are some links: if you're under 26 or a student you can get even cheaper flights, check for special deals on this site. I got my flight from this site £422 for a return flight from London Heathrow to Bangkok going in February

The more flexible you are, the better, play around with a few dates to see what comes up. Remember direct flights will be more expensive, flights with stopovers are generally cheaper.
