I'm looking to go on a trip in New England with my boyfriend (we've been dating for several years) and he is 18 and I am 17. I want to go to a nice hotel and I have a few different cities in mind but my problem is every hotel I call tells me their minimum check in age is 21. From what i've been finding though it seems they don't care as long as you have an ID and a credit card. If somebody could clarify this for me or help me out in what I should do that would be wonderful.

I thank you in advance for any help you guys can provide =)

This is news to me -- but then I haven't been 18 for quite a long time. What about smaller places, bed and breakfasts? I suppose some of them are run like hotels, but I imagine that many will be happy to have you as long as your cash is green.

That's not a half bad idea... I always thought those kinda things were for older people but problably would be very relaxing....
