Hello everyone, I want to move to the USA in summer, I want to get specially New York, Colorado, California. As I will need to work in short time jobs for make such a trip, I will need a Visa, and for achieve that, I must to be called from a company. It is not easy so, can someone recommend me a website or jobs company that offers that possibility? Other suggestions to get a Visa?

Maybe your country has a CCUSA branch?? They sort out working holidays in the States, check out the website to see if they can help you out

I asked a similar question on another travel forum, and had a lot of people tell me that it is almost impossible to get a working holiday visa type thing for the US. A solution that I found for my ideas was to get a working holiday visa for Canada, work there and then travel to the US until I needed more money. Then start the same process again. That supposedly would work assuming where you live has an agreement with Canada for a working holiday visa. America likes being different to Commonwealth countries and very difficult to operate with, so despite the fact in places like Miami have 100's of unfilled jobs that nobody can be bothered going for, foreigners can't legally fill them. So it makes it almost impossible to get a visa let alone one that lets you work at a place for a few weeks, travel, work at another place for a few weeks, travel etc. Goodluck with your quest

Hi Nautilus,

I don't know what the deal is in the summertime, but I do know that many of the ski resorts sponsor a lot of foreign workers for visas.

Check out as just one example.

Otherwise, I'm not sure how long you can get a tourist visa for, but an alternative would be to just come over and find work "under the table". There are many, not so glamourous jobs, that hire workers (especially short term) illegally.

I don't know what the forum rules are about encouraging someone to break the law, but I'll just leave it as, "you wouldn't be the first, or the last, to do so".

Good luck!
