HI people, 2006 is coming to an end soon.. how fast time flies!
As usual, many people would be up with a new list of to-dos for next year. Time to ask: what're your resolutions for next year?

I have never been to Europe, I wish I will be able to realise that next year. But to travel to Europe means I need to work harder to earn some savings before thinking further where to visit...To spend the real white Xmas in Dec would be something I anticipate for..

Well, I have many other resolutions on mind but sometimes I simply love being flexible coz I think revising the resolutions list can be a form of rigidness.

What do you think? Should I write everything down or just ponder over them. To me, we tend to be fickle and resolutions we set now do not necessary be resolutions anymore sometime later.

Hello Gemi9bear

I dont make new years resolutions.
I try to learn things, and develp habits, at all times of the year, to enhance my life. Sometimes i suceed and sometimes i dont.
The things i try to improve, are
communication in relationships and friendships
health
money management
improving the things i do already
And anything else that comes along.

Mel

Wow - I haden't thought about it at all. Last year was full of great changes, so I guess I stuck to something. Usually I just hope to be a little bit more relaxed and "trust life", as one of my friends likes to say. PLus the whole "eat less sugar" thing which usually works until mid-January.

Like Wouter....but very very maybe maybe;)

And more travelling of course, 12 weeks of holiday next year, so that seems possible. Australia, Hongkong and Ireland for sure!

And trying to keep my head cool when another truckdriver irritates me...

Oh yeah. That's what my doctor tells me, too. No more sugar in the coffee and more meats and veggies from now on. Damn it ! If God had meant for man to live without sugar, He wouldn't have made it so sweet !!

There's also the "get more exercise" thing too. Time to make real use of that gym membership.

That's exactly what I meant by fickle-minded.... all the 'perhaps' and 'maybe(s)'...Have that most of the time :(

Almost forgot about doing more exercises, and eat (more) healthily..hehe..sometimes still craving for chips although it's definitely unhealthy!!

Wonder how long have I stopped my Yoga!! Urgh..

New years resolutions hmmmm... first of all i would like to bulk up a bit. This can be hard when always travelling but im sure i can find time for some pushups and sit ups.

How disciplined are you in obtaining your New Years resolutions tho? A friend of mine has made it her resolution to quite smoking for the past 5 years or so haha obviously she lacks the required discipline haha!!!
