My dean has decided that it would be time to do a weeklong excursion with my course and it is on us to decide where. Does anyone have any ideas where to go?
- for about 50-60 people
- 5 days
- leaving from Basel (Switzerland)
- travelling by train or plane
- cost for accommodation and transport approx EURO 200-300 per person
Thanks in advance
Ok, to help whittle it down a bit, what are you studying??
I'm an economics student, so everywhere where there is money, some banks and businesses, is fine
France, Germany, Switzerland are not an option, as we are already studying in those three countries.
Thanks for your help!!
Well, not exactly the most exotic, but a trip to Milan to see Italian economics at work would be cheap and easy for you by train, and the Italian system has enough quirks/Variables to probably keep you all usefully occupied as well.
London as a financial centre is always worth a look, and cheap enough to get to at least, and Bruxelles would give you a different outlook on 4 different levels with local, national, European and NATO sides to it.
All 3 are feasible, should fit the budget and also give you enough "work" stuff to keep you occupied, whilst also offering other things to do/see.
