It wasn't that old train Wocca, but it certainly was a party train. We did the trip a few times and let me tell you, if there wasn't a party going on when we got on the train, there certainly was shortly afterwards.
There were conductors, as one of them told me to turn off my "Rodney Rude" tape, to which I suggested we hold a vote. It stayed playing!
At the risk of boring myself and everyone else silly with this story again, suffice it to say yes - it can and did happen, when I was least expecting it. Paris will always hold a special place in my heart.
And the North Coast Mail train holds a few special places in my memories. Especially taking city girls up to your old hometown
everyone hopes to be in these two movies : Before Sunrise and Before Sunset; a guy from USA and a girl from France...promise to meet again after 9 years..they kissed before they left and went back to their normal life and after 9 years, the french girl, who got married met again with this guy at a bookstore they seemed to fall in love again.
2 movies with the same characters, same producer and director, but you'll see they face changes in their appereance and idealogy. In Before Sunset, the actor and the actresses are expressing THEIR OWN THOUGHTS in the movie.
To all TP's members in this thread, watch these 2 films and enjoy your memory.
I've seen the movies. To correct you, the one who is married when they meet again is the guy, not the girl. Did the actors (Ethan Hawke & Julie Delpy) really expressed their own thought in Before Sunset?
I liked the movies...made me dream, like you always do, ciku.
I love the Before Sunrise and Sunset movies. They are so romantic! aaah to meet someone like that. *dream*
ahhh these stories are soooo funny. The only 'foreign' guy ive met is an Aussie guy who was travellling in the UK a good few months ago-a real cutie...oooh i can picture him now, plus with that accent, but we just flirted, he had a girlfriend back home, lovely bloke, we exchanged a few texts and that was really it, he was working in the town i work in!
Well i havent been away anywhere to have met anyone-lol! I hope the guys in Oz are a lot better than the ones here-god i get em all...i usually ignore them all now! Used to be fun when i was younger, lol! I do love winding em up tho!
awww... these stories are all so cute!! it gives me hope for my future travels!!
Well... Japan will always hold a special place in my heart now.
