yeah...but you know what, i think she is kind of smart....why? Because, for those very few Indonesian maids here who somehow managed to get PR here, by married local guy or by any other means, i dont see any of them that able to hire another Indonesian maid to be their Indonesia maid. So, i guess she is really smart, smarter than lot of Indonesian maids here....

just a thought, no offend here...

I have been silence for months but Somehow my 'itcyfied' mouth wanna give some 2cent worth for this thread

Cindy,
The 'terminology' of Indonesian maid is rather discrimanting . Exactly how you label maid as Indonesians or Indonesians as maid ? So why do you say Malaysians who want to be your maid as 'Indonesian Maid'?Why not direct as Malaysian maid ?Anyway, if you are looking for someone to work for u - u defnet in a wrong thread and website.

SooLee,
Actually i do think there are some WHM who are willing to 'maid' or in better terms - care assistant but i guess Cindy just spoils it all ;)

Its interesting when you see an "Indonesian housewife" in Malaysia to hire another "Indonesian Maid". If she is offering 'Malaysia maid' a work permit, i would consider to work for her for 5 years, get ILR and then i can hire another 'Malaysia maid', lol. Just kidding...

"I would treat u like a indonesian maid "

I reread my message then realise a small typo makes ppl queries and clearly the view of maid wasn't welcoming. anyone actually thought of typo mistakes? Maybe that is how ppl in our country been brought up! lack of understanding, thinking ???

I personnally don't like the term maid that is why I stress that I WOULDN'T treat u like an indonesian maid which I don't like to treat people in that way especially staying at the same roof.

I'm looking for someone with WHV to be part of my family members staying with us looking after my boy. Someone friendly, understanding, genuine,.......

As when I was a student I look for this kind of opportunity so that I don't hv to worry going to foreign country alone and worrying of expenses etc. But I fail to find.

I work hard to save money for my studies etc......I thought it might be good to advertise here to give an opportunities to people like to work with kids and exploring UK at the same time.

Working with my family. if you are hardworking enough u can still work part-time in take away or restaurant on Sat and Sunday night.

At last I'm Malaysian UK resident and now staying in UK.

Hi Cindy,

Women,
You did a typo error on ' i will treat you like an indonesian maid' instead of 'i wont' - Well, i dont 'smell' any apologies there instead blaming the readers who DIDNT misread your earlier statement. So what's with the indonedian maid term then ? You labelized them.

I understand your intention of hiring is good but really, u got to rephrase your sentence to something less discrimanting.
Dont blame one after another and lastly on your current statement which i believe just created another offence to other fellow Malaysians - On behalf of myself and as a Malaysian, i certainly didnt bought up the way like how YOU think ..

Hi everyone! I had apply my WHM visa in the begining of August in Singapore, unfortunately I had been rejected because I had fail to declar some of the deposit in my Singapore saving account bank statements that I had show them. Because I had transfer out the money for malaysia into my singapore account, during the interview the officer want me to show my Malaysia saving account book. But I didn't bring it together with me to show the officer, so got rejected....
May I know anyone of you do appeal after been rejected? How long did it take to make the appeal? Do you think is worth to pay for the second application?
I feel so sad after been rejected....

Hi Yummy,

I did appeal and it just took me around 2 weeks because my date of travel is near.
Normally they will process for 1-3 months but again, is depend on their workload and the documents that u submit and bla bla bla.
For the appeal, u dont need to pay again so is worth when u have the chance to do so.

Dont need to be sad, just bring the documents they requested and give some reasonable explanations.

good luck.
