during the period waiting for interview, i need to go oversea for working. Any idea weather can i get back my passport?

The only way is to contact VFS and explain to them about your situation. They will be able to advise you your options.

Hi,

I'm newbies and this forums is awesome.. I have read thru the previous posts but couldn't found any answers to my question. I am thinking in applying for HMV. The problem is, I'm 28 this year and i am a divorcee. :( Will i still be eligible to apply for HMV?

Thanks!

refer this,

to me, you are single, so you are eligible if you dont have any dependent children aged five or over, or who will be five before your holiday ends.

Ingyn,

anybody have stated the visa that start on November?
(tier 5 gonna take place in November, i like to know whether i can put my travel date on Nov, because of certain reason i really need to take up to 3 months)

I will put November/December for my travel date.
As i understand, the rules will be based on the scheme when u apply, not when u travel, if you apply under WHM scheme and its approved, doesnt matter that later it change to new programme, wont affect you.

Hi I had applied on 8th Aug, stated my leaving date 8th Nov.
I got my application appr but still it is up to the BHC to appr it.

Huh? What do you mean you got it approved, but still up to the BHC to approve it? How many approvals are there?

You don't need a reference as there's no specific format for a travel plan. Just list the places you want to visit and give a brief explanation for each place: what you intend to do/see there, approximate duration of the visit (days/weeks/months), what time of the year you intend to go (month/season). There's nothing hard about it.

It still sounds difficult to me.

I have known a person who is rejected due to its not detailed itinerary.

I dunno what is the 'details' they need.

So i would love sum 1 who d have their visa 2 borrow me his/her itinerary so that i can make full preparation towards applying the visa. thank you
