What exactly did the ECO say on the grounds of refusal? Have you previously overstayed in the UK or ever violated any rules or law in the UK?

I have not been to UK, have neither overstayed nor violeted the UK laws. Maybe i should quote a few important notes from the ECO for reference:

- I am satisfied that you would be unemployed as a result of this journey, thereby removing any urgent possibility for your departure from the UK. {huh? how do they assume that i will not return after the 2 years period?}

- You have offered no corroborating documentation to show you have any long term commitments in Malaysia. {what is the document that they are expecting from me?}

- Based on your socio-economic circumstances in Malaysia, I am satisfied that any income earned as a result of any work in the UK would be significantly higher than any income you could expect to receive in your home country and you have failed to satisfy me that employment is not the prime motivation for your application. I am therefore satidfied on the balance of probabilities that you have chosen to make this application primarily as a means of securing your entry to the UK for financial betterment, rather than for social or recreational reasons. {I have put 70% for traveling 30% for work}

- I am not satisfied, on balance of probabilities, your commitments in Malaysia are strong enough to encourage your departure from the UK after your intended stay. {again??}

I just collected my passport back on the 28th, and it was approved =)
Thanking God after 3 months of waiting.

Will be flying off to London in a month's time =)

To the above people, do not give up yet ..
Take time to redo your documents for the appeal, and I'm sure it'll be worth it !!!!!!
