Yes the officel asked me about this, bcos i didn't fill the accomadation details in the form..Then i just go Ampang park mall (infront of MCA building) to search from net and wrote in...
Actually just find any hotel/hostel name + address + tel no. is enough... And i have told the officcel that i havent book the hotel yet, he just said is ok, and dont book b4 u get the visa..

I see..Luckly I haven't made any booking on hostel yet...actually I almost did..but I postponed it until next month:):) a bit happy now bcos I dun have to spend my money on accommodation booking...[/quote]

Actually there are numerous apartments & hotels which allows you to make reservation without placing any deposits.
Google is your help. ;)

hi everybody, i am back

mctnesh, how much of the uzbekistan airways??

i already purchase one way ticket from KL to London by Kuwait airways and it's just only RM1427.00, and i think it's a great deal.

do you free for bah kut teh in this coming satursday?? the famous one under the old klang bridge.

Kila_kila, you sure we can just buy 1 way ticket?

why not one way ticket since there's no two years ticket available?? s8678 you worry too much dude , immigration custom is not as strict like what you imagine. i been call to the office for interogate last time when in New Zealand. they usually will ask you few simple questions and if you're able to proof what you said then they'll let you go.

or if you're lucky they don't even want to check ur return ticket at all like what i experienced in USA.

i really worry to much i called to UK application centre the officer said " this is long term visa, so no need to buy the return ticket

Hi everyone

Well i posted something on this blog sometime ago. Regarding my interest to apply for the working holiday visa and I finally sent it in last Friday 11/1/08 and today when I checked the status, they have asked me to collect this after 14/1/08 which is today from the place where I sent in the application which is Wisma MCA. Now I am deeply concerned cause they took so fast to respond to this.
Has anyone had experience where you get a response so fast? Any chance that this is not approved or they might call me in for an interview?

Thanks for the advice :)

Ruben

hii every one,

I am going to submit the form within this 2 weeks, currently I am squeezing my brain on the travel plan.

However i have some question filling the form.
In Part 2, 2.3 Issuing Authority, what should I fill in?

I am going to pay by bank draft, hw much do I need to pay? Is it following the currency rate?

the check should attend to who?

sorry that i might be asking soem silly question?

regards,
simon

there could be 2 possibilites either ur application is approved or rejected. usually if they were to reject ur application, it should take longer time. higher chances, urs is approved. it is normal for an application to be processed in a day. but i m not guaranteed that. it is just from my opinion. if u were to get interview, they would have called u right away.
just go and collect. dont think so much.

u can get the answer from the front page of ur passport. download the guidelines and refer to it. it should be the state ur passport was processed.

if u r from malaysia, then buy the bank draft and pay in RM. it is already stated in the website. should be RM1440 but please check for the latest update if any.

you can get a lot of information in this forum or VFS website. please read thoroughly.;)

issuing authority is the place where ur passport is issued. since you already fill in the place of issue, just ignore the issuing authority.
