I'm not saying this is my New Years resolution... But, I hate being late to the party so I'm starting the party early. (Hopefully, I can keep up the pace...)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know your birthday isn't until tomorrow, but by the time I wake up - you'll be celebrating already!! May you have a wonderful day filled with great surprises, lots of liquid refreshments and good friends!!!

Isa hands Dave a yard (or two) of Guinness, a huge plate of your favorite Vietnamese food and (of course) a tasty chocolate truffle cake!!!

Thanks all for your kind wishes.

I'm on a poor run of birthday nights out. Last year i was under curfew in Kathmandu, this year i'm on a night shift just outside Winchester - i have turned into quite the party animal!!

Isa - can i swap the guinness and vietnamese food for beer and a bowl of peanuts. That is more my style, actually, hold the peanuts. Just beer is fine.

That's no way to spend a birthday!!! But, I know how it goes... So does Beerman...

It's your birthday - you can swap whatever you like for whatever you like. Beer it is!!! Any preference to label and/or style?? (I have a brew master at my beck and call, you know...)

Trust me - party animal is over-rated - fun - but over-rated. Besides, we like to think of it as Party Cossack. Can you dance the Mamushka?? (Sword-swallowing part could be optional...)
