Hey everyone,

I am brand new to the site so I haven't had too much time to play around but I am very impressed by your use of ajax. I can't wait to use this site it looks like just what I have been searching for. Thanks again guys and if you need help w/ any of the management/programming I can help!

Thanks Jackie; always nice to hear positive feedback :)

If you're a CSS expert and would like to try your hand at a forum template, I'm sure one that is good enough could be included in our existing array (goes for anyone else out there keen to try too by the way ;) ).

Peter is the style man though, so you'll have to manage to swing it by his strict eye

Personally I've always been more of a fan of Odysseus.

But yeah, we've used xmlhttprequest decently here and there (even 'sjax', for some of the mapping functionality), though it could be more consistent throughout the site (but that's what you get with organically grown sites like this).

Know a good amount about CSS, not sure I can call myself an expert. I use style tags and custom tags a lot but thats about it.
