I am currently a student studying in Bath England and we are planning to go to Ireland (northern and souther) however we are unsure of the best way to get there. Is flying the only and cheapest way to get there? If so anyone have any suggestions for the cheapest airline? Thanks for your help
Hiya - for the North of Ireland - Easyjet fly to and from Bristol and if you get your flights early enough you will be able to get it quite reasonably. You can drive and get the ferry across but this will cost more but give you more flexibility.
or fly with ryanair and fly into dublin from bristol...
Great thanks. Now the next question would be: How do I get from dublin to belfast or visa versa cheaply? (the less money I spend the more I get to see lol)
Either you hitch a ride for free or there is the train or bus that will take you to the centre of both cities - lm assuming your a student so you will get a student fare - dont quote me on this but l think you are looking at around £8 single fare!
i find it hard how anyone can hitch a ride from dublin to anywhere...
a bit like me trying to get a lift from bristol to london...it aint going to happen.
get the bus...its the cheapest option, the train will be much more expensive. in both cases there is buses that leave a number of times during the day.
