Is it worth booking a hotel/appartment now or would i be able to pick one up when i get there?

Ive been before but it was october time and we just picked a place to stay up when we got there. Not sure how crowded it will be???

Cheers

Hi Blanco
Samui is busier in March cos i've been in both March and October before and March is much better weather.
Even though you'll still be able to pick up accommodation when you get there no probs.
Think I stayed at beach bungalows resort right on the main stretch at Chaweng and was cheap, clean and air con.
I'm there in March too so may see ya around!!!
Have fun!

My recommendation - Charlies Hut in Chaweng Beach.
Cheap , Clean in a strategic location!
Have Fun!

I live in Koh Samui and March is good time to come, although it's starting to get hot then. But that's better than the weather right now, it rains a lot. In Chaweng I can recommend to stay at Chaweng Garden Beach,it's right at the beach, the rates start from 600baht to 1200 baht, a lot of young people are there and almost right across the street is Soi Green Mango. While your stay in Samui you should not miss to go to Art Palace, it's up in the hills only 5 minutes away from Chaweng right next to QBar. It's a secret tip and a fantastic place to chill and enjoy good house music and get ready for the parties like Black moon,Escape and so on.
