....but the TP site is a bit slow the last couple of days. Any particular reason? It's not my computer, as I have it both at home and at work, and other sites are ok.
Just to let you (moderators) know. Thanks, Michael

Same here; it has been going on for a week or 2, I guess. All pages load tantalisingly slowly.

And, I thought it was still the after-effects of the Taiwan earthquake.

It's been intermittent for me, though the last two days have been exceptionally slow. As Michael said, other sites load quickly. At first, I thought the snow had piled too high on the hill and was interfering with my signal, but that would affect all sites, not just TP. (And, we haven't had that much snow nor have they planted the corn yet.)

My computer is ultrafast. I have an 23XD 500KL 6048MB 6,9GHz 500 ultra 67reader899.2 Mhz 600 optimizer with optional 400.9 bounce45 X6 Graphic56x card45 Mhx. And still this site is loading slow....

Middle of nowhere....not for everybody

First I thought the placebo vodka was doing it's job and slowed everything down...but then i realised my commodore 64 was not in the mood..;)

It's the one with the 2 squirrels running around in the wheel so it keeps making a whirring sound.

Granted, I'm not using Wouter's machine, but it is taking upwards of 2 minutes for pages to load for me. (Yes, I've been timing them.) Even with my oddball highspeed, that's still creeping speed.

It's been slow here too - especially today. Takes a good 30 seconds to load a page - how can I load AND avoid prying boss eyes??
