so i have been approved for my working holiday visa and as stated in previous posts i get the message of the system is down please try later. now i know people will say dont worry its all done electronically but hows an employer going to know this is australia surley i must produce some kind of document??

You need to get the visa sticker put into your passport when you arrive in the country (regardless of if the system is down or not). If you arrive at Sydney airport, that happens right there and then (there's a little stand where they print these out immediately after passport control, clearly labeled as being for working holiday visas), and otherwise you need to go into one of the big cities (Melbourne, Sydney and I think a few others - you should be able to find that on the immigration website) and visit immigration there to get that sticker.
