Philippines is pretty cheap from what I've seen (from living there for over a year), and Cebu area is especially cheap!!!

most of the countries you write are very cheap but you have to realize that they have many disadvantages like wars, war threat, terrorism, corrupt gouvernments, violence,...More important than cheap is life quality.

-snip-:)

Cambodia was pretty cheap, like a 1 litre bottle of water was about 12.5cents US, local foods including fruit was dirt cheap and I found one place with accommodation that would cost $60US for one month ($2US a day) for a double room, private bathroom, free access to movies, pool table and cheap internet access right in a nice central area of Phnom Penh.

I haven't been there, but I have heard Nepal is very very cheap at as little as $1US a night for accommodation, but to do the tourist things like Everest it appears to be pretty expensive.

India was also very cheap, but I know I paid more a night for accommodation anywhere in India than I did in Phnom Penh.
