Hi everyone,

I'm travelling to Sydney in Aug with someone who has diabetes. They need to have somewhere to keep their insulin refrigerated and we are trying to find affordable accommodation in the city.

Could anyone recommend somewhere good to stay that doesnt break the bank?

Thanks,
Evelyn :)

Hi Ev

Try Macquarie Boutique Hotel - had fridge in room - on Wenworth Ave cost us for 5 nights over new year about £230 for the week (for 2 persons & included breakfast).

Check it out on trip advisor! Not salubrious, but clean good rooms, decent shower - has a bottle shop and thai restuarant in the building too!!

Hey Heather,

Will do :) Thanks for the tip. Ive been in touch with them already and they've given us a good rate for a week so we will very possibly stay with them. Ill let you know in August how we get on.
