Spinach and Carrot Garlic Delight
(Borrowed from a Lebanese recipe website)
Saute the carrots in garlic oil and garlic cloves, When carrots are half-cooked, add spinach leaves and continue sauteeing the mixture for a couple of minutes more. Remove from heat and serve instantly with some steamed rice.
Delicious and easy to prepare favourite of mine.
