Travellers...

I have a 4 day long wknd coming up in April.

I have some places in mind where i haven't been to yet, but can't decide.
Places i have in mind: Prague, Germany (Munich, etc.), Turkey, Cypress, Netherlands (Amsterdam etc), Monaco, Portugal.

What i want to do this holiday is basically sightseeing, thats pretty much it, no activities or beach etc...

Any recommendations will be of great help guys... Thanks in advance..

Cheers,
Vini

Hi,
I would strongly recommend Prague and Cesky Krumlov in the Czech republic if 4 days is all you have. Here is the run-down on things to do and see in Prague:

Place to visit:

1) Prague Castle and St. Vitrius Cathedral
2) Walk through the streets of the Islands of Kamfa and Mala Strana
3) Josefov (Jewish Ghetto)
4) Stare Mesto (Old Town)
5) Petrin Tower on Petrin Hill (Great views of Prague)
6) Jazz Boat ride at night down the Vltava river (Visit www.jazzboat.cz for tickets and details).
7) Charles Bridge

Hope this helps.

I agree, Prague and Cesky Krumlov are beautiful. And if you wanted to squeeze an extra city in, you could fly out of Vienna, as it's not too far from Cesky Krumlov.

I would go for Lisbon, maybe in combination with Sintra. 4 days is a perfect amount of time, and the weather in April is better in Portugal. But you can also go to Porto and visit this city and the Douro Valley.
Have fun!
