This remind me there's a question (2nd Quest) on the Supplementary Information Questionnaire Sheet asking:

-Have u arranged any employment of any sort in the UK?

Hi Nick,

May I know where u get the Supplementary Information Questionnaire Sheet? I couldn't find it in the BHC website. I got one SUPLEMENTARY QUESTIONNAIRE FOR WORKING HOLIDAY MAKERS(Revised September 2003)which I downloaded last year. I can't find the updated one..

Hi there FlyAway,

I've only downloaded it lately, and it's an updated and fyi ppl out there, this application is getting tougher. I believe the BHC officers are trying to narrow down the entrance. Pls read the term and condition closely. They even need you to draft a letter on what's your plan for the 2 years there. Pls refer to the checklist. They need your employment letter or atleast payslips. It's much hassle nowaday.
And for the question abt

-Have u arranged any employment of any sort in the UK?

After much thinking... I answered "NO".

You can download it via http://www.vfs.com.my/checklists.html

Look under Working HolidayMaker Visa:
Working Holidays in the UK -Questionnaire - it's in PDF format.

Cheers,
Nick ;)

Hi Daphnn3,

I did a short course (3 months) over here with my working holiday visa. I did indicate in my application that I will be doing that course and there was no questions asked about it. I doubt there'll be any problem if you do a course over here.

cheers...
brian

Hi there,

for both the checklist and questionnaire, it is stated in the website that they are of 3 pages each but i only found one..

Regarding the letter to explain the plans, i really have no idea how detail it should be. What do u all think??

Flyaway,

I noticed that, but after downloaded there's only 1 slide
on each link.

I just printed the 2 forms and clipped with each other. And I did not print back to back on one slice of paper. Meaning I have 2 forms seperated with checklist 1pg and the questionnaire another 1pg.

I follow back the pattern of the old Checklist and Questionnaire form that I took frm the Wisma MCA,BHC. They was attach to each other together with a clip and only shows 2 slices of paper.
Both are empty on the back.

The statement on the web saying:

"This form is of 3 pages, must be printed on A4 paper back to back"

IT'S VERY MISLEADING , infact most of the things are very subjective and have no clear questions and answers. It seems, that "We" are not really encourage or welcome to enter the United Kingdom gate.
But due to the recent war-terrorist dissaster... I think the hints and answer is pretty obvious to all of us.

Well just give it a shot Flyaway...
Chin up.

Good Luck,
Nick ;)
