Ship them back an actual live sheep. That'll cost you!

Just got back to the UK from 6-7 months travelling abroad so its really nice to be back on this forum!(altho a bit depressing hearing about everyone else's plans!)

Any UK questions feel free to ask!
Im also involved with a brand new site www.backpack-uk.com that will be dedicated to the UK. Its just started to get going so a combo of that & me here should hopefully be helpful enough for most questions!

But back to the point; seriously look into the sheep option

well, thanks, but are you an english citizen? actually, some people have called me stupid to actually jump plane to england to expereince the country while doing work without a working permit. i dont want to encourage other people to jump plane from my country, but if possible, get a working permit (damn hard to do, this one) or a working holiday maker (which unfortunately was cancelled for my country of malaysia). i must say, i am sorry to do this to your country. i am leeching from england, but i must protest that i am no better than all the dole suckers. i know quite a few english man who are on the dole while quietly working as delivery man.

again, i am sorry, i will or course help others on how to survive in england. i have been in england for 6 months plus, i am enjoying my stay with all the friendly english people here. some times, they will comment on my english and the conversation will lead me to tell them that i have good qualification, a degree in biology. they would exclaim 'what the fuck are you doing in this takeaway restaurant, you should be out there working for a good company!!??' well, reality is more grim than life. if i could get a working permit easily, i would have done it long ago. but i dont want to go through the hassle and the waiting time that i have already gone through waiting for the british commission to approve of my application of my WHV visa. but in the end, i was turned down because they were cancelling the damn visa for the whole country. this caused me to have a fit of rage and therefore, i decided i needed to at least visit england and tour around. god was on my side and i got to know some people who helped me to get a job. from there. i have travelled extensively around england in a period of 6 months. i have seen more of england than some english people, sad to say. i have been to london, oxford, bath, cardiff, chesterfield, sheffield, liverpool, manchester, chester and etc. all in all, i enjoyed the life of a solitary backpacker, in search of wealth, stealth (i have to dodge any autorities, but in fact, i know a few customers who are policeman or other authoritive figures in my current town that i am working in.), too bad i cant add health to the list, cause i have been doing what the teenagers are doing, rolling up my own ciggarettes.

well, it has been a long essay to justify my action. life is life. shit happens, but then again, i would take england as a nice experience, a very good one. thanks for your ear. i hope you didnt bleed to death.... see ya

Dear all,

I am going to apply for WHV, does anyone has any idea how much do I need in my bank account? Anyone has a copy of Letter from applicant explaining working holiday plans including an undertaking to leave the United Kingdom after no more than 2 years for reference.

Thanks a million,

-gopeace
