Hello Lyacorp

I have my new lonely planet book, so I can tell u some of the prices, in it.
Single rooms in hotels can be had for as little as 2.50 Euros.
7 hour bus ride, for around 1.7 Euros.
Bus from airport, in Tehran to city 3 cents.
Public transport to various detinations, in Tehran is less than 10 cents.
I dont know what food, in markets and shops would cost. Probably very cheap, because the restaurants are not expensive.
Some tourist attractions seem to be costly, but I suppose they are optional.

Quoting Mel.

I don't think you will figure out the lines. Its all in Farsi and its just impossible its seems. Unless you are a local.

Yeah, it would take quite a lot of patience, to figure it out.
I had that problem, in Thailand. But I did manage to use quite a lot of public transport. Various people helped me out, with it.

As a single foreign woman travelling alone, you'll pay more than 15 USD per day. I paid an average of 18 EUR(!) per day in Iran. I was automatically guided towards the slightly better hotels, where I paid between 9 and 15 EUR per night. Be prepared for this. (I do not recommend getting rooms that are cheaper, as staying there might give off the wrong impression.)

Thanks T-Maia

U are such a good source of information.
I think I might not bother staying at all, in Tehran. I was going to stay in the bazzar(it seems to be the only interesting place to stay), but all the hotels there are cheap and basic. No point in risking my safety.
