Hi Jordan.

You could make use of www.imagestation.com. It is a free storage service provider with unlimited storage space. I personally have utilised 12 GB of space.

Hi Jordan,

I was browsing through Apacer's website and bumped into this. I think you might be interested in it.

http://www.apacer.com/apacer_english/product_html/disc_steno_index.asp

It's a standalone CD burner with built-in card reader. With this, you can burn CDs as you go along the way. Maybe you can burn two copies, one to be sent home by post, and bring along the other. This way, you will have a back-up in case one copy is damaged or lost.

It is definitely faster and easier if you have a lot of large sized photos. Uploading to the internet may not be a wise thing to do if you have many photos and the connection is slow.

The CP-80 model costs about USD 100 in Malaysia.

Cheers,

Hi Jordy.

Uploading of pictures can be affected by the connection speed of countries you're to visit. Perhaps Hien recommendation may be more consistant. I am sure you do not want to spend too much time in the internet cafes just uploading pictures. It is easier to upload pictures in the US and Europe.

I use imagestation as a second backup for all my precious collections.

Have fun.

Al.
