Hi guys,

Has anyone got any recommendations for companies that are reliable and reasonable for a trips round (some of!) sub-Saharan Africa? There are loads on the internet, but I've heard some scare stories of scams.

Cheers!

Just go by yourself, after a couple of weeks you will be bored of your companions and their travel stories. Or do you like travelling for months with the same persons?

Hi There

A trip to Sub saharan Africa, well it really depends where you want go and what you want to do, and obviouosly your budget. There is really so much out there that to describe or give advice on such a huge topic would be alsmost impossible. If you could me some more specifics, like which countries you plan to visit, your rough budget and what you want to do I could give you a hopeless amount of information.

But so long try check out these companies for further info

Africa Unlimited (www.africaunltd.co.za)
Strider Expeditions (www.striderexpeditions.co.za)

These are small independant travel companies who can talor make tours throughout southern Africa

While Nomad, Bundu and Wagon Trails are good for overlanding - but I would suggest you do it with a few friends at your own time and pace - overlandng means you have to stick to the groups schedule and plans.

If you want or need more info PM and I'll be happy to help

Good Luck

Cheers
Ian

There are so many tour companies in Kenya.

What really matters is what kind of safari do you want?

What is your budget?

How many days do you want to spend?
