Travel Forums Asia China and Asia Itinerary

I will be travelling around China and Asia between 29th March and around the 15th October, so I will have around 200 days. I have a rough idea where I want to go, but would like to hear your opinions of the time I am thinking of spending in each place.

My itinerary at present is,

China - 60 days
Vietnam - 21 days
Cambodia - 14 days
Laos - 14 days
Myanmar - 14 days
Thailand - 28 days
Malasia - 25 days
Singapore - 3 days
Bali & Lombok - 21 days

What do you think? Is this a realistic itinerary?

Looks pretty good.
Personally I would take a week off China and add it to Vietnam. Vietnam is definelty worth a whole month. If you aren't planning on going to Eastern Malaysia then 3 weeks will do the trick in Malaysia and so you can spare 4 or 5 days more there. Everything else looks great though.

I would also take a few days off China and Thailand, and add to Laos and Vietnam, but in general looks like a great trip. Have fun!

Cheers guys,

Will take your advice as Vietnam does look great, with all its history, food etc.

Take care
