Ive been looking at how to get work in Antartica (any job will do!), and was very dissapointed to learn that to work for Raytheon, you have to be US citizen.

I have dual, Irish and British citizenship - does anyone have any idea if its possible to get a job out there?

There aren't too many employers out that way . . .

You could try and get a job on one of the cruise ships that do day trips to Antartica.

They are not looking for TP-ologists, that's just to bad

I was actually quite tempted to apply to the British Antarctic Survey!

But yes, they're not looking for TPologists either and I'm not really qualified for a lot else.

Ive been looking at the British one, they have opportunities for field technitians, which sounds pretty cool. You still have to pay tax though which sucks. So these guys in Antartica still have to pay for council estates sky TV.
