Basically my hair no resembles a bird nest,iv noticed some travellers can pull off this look.i look like a fool lol!
anyone know where i can a decent western haircut in the city?

When I was in Hanoi, i needed a boofon cut and went to a random little barber on the street. Was scared sh1tless, as he started using a razor blade and thought i was gonna lose an ear.

Turns out it was the best cut i've ever had.

CHALACHOL ... on Soi Thong LO or in the ONNUT Lotus.

Do it you will get a great hair cut for about 400 baht to 600 baht.

What about the hippy look Paul. It is very low maintenance. I havent cut my hair for years.
And Thailand is a good place, for the hippy look. The water is very soft and washing hair in it, makes it look great.;)

No the hippy look would`nt suit me either My hair grows in about ten different directions all at the same time I`d look like wersal gummage after a few months

I potentially have that type of hair too.
Mine is very wavey. But when hair like that gets long, it gets heavier, so the growing in all directions does not happen so much.
Also, that type of hair tends to get dry and frizzy. My solution for that, is to apply a small amount of factor 8 suncream(higher factors are too greasy), to hair, after washing, while still wet. U could use an official hair porduct too, like hair oil. ;) Then your hair will be managable, so u wont need to cut it.
As u can see, I do anything, to avoid hairdressers.

Either Bird nest or hay wire.... guess a better solution will be Rebonding "hair straightening" suggested by my stylish. That will leave your hair neater and better managed. Wow! can imagine the change.... so handsome!

Try out Chetta Lifestyle Salon @ 155/108 Udom Suk (Sukhumvit Soi 103) tel: 02-3982994. They are experience with various hair type and foreigner hair. You can get your consultation first as they will not proceed should your hair is not suitable for certain style or process.
