The most stupid American is still a lot brighter than a lot of the world's population.

Opinion, not fact.

Don't care.

Dear god, you just love stirring it, don't you James? If we were to judge the average Australian by that last thoughtless comment, you'd be right up there with the yanks, eh...

Hee hee! That reminds me of a segment that used to air here called Talking to Americans. Rick Mercer, with his twangy Newfoundland accent, would go down and quiz our unsuspecting neighbours about all things Canadian. "Congratulations Canada on getting the 24-hour clock" is one line I remember.

But as someone said: go to any country and you'll find dolts who don't know the first thing about what's going on in the world.

Well, this is kind of fun to sit back and watch.......

Beerman pops open a bottle and reclines in the comfy chair...

For those that have never been to this wacky little country we call Freedomland (TM), let me tell you that indeed, you can find people just like the people on the video....it's really not that difficult. And with just a little effort, you can also find many people who are ridiculously well-educated. We're kind of funny that way. Honestly, we're no different than people all over the world.....except for the tails, but beyond that, no different whatsoever.

Which leads me to ask the rest of you a simple question: If that video is representative of the US population, how did we get to be the leading superpower in the world (nuclear weapons aside)? I'm going to take a guess and say it's because we invented Levis jeans and Coca-Cola....

James? You alright there buddy? James? C'mon, man, get up. C'mon, she's my age...you can take her. James?
