In Spanish it's: "Dame una cerveza." ("Give me a beer.")

If you'd like to be more polite:
"Una cerveza, por favor." (One beer, please)

This will work for all Latin American Countries. Not sure about Spain (different dialects).

In Poland we say: "Daj mi piwo" but more polite is to say "piwo prosze"

In Brazilian Portuguese:
Eu quero uma cerveja
(I want a beer)
Dei-me uma cerveja
(Give me a beer)
This last one does not sound very good, no one talks like that so I would say 'Eu quero uma cerveja'.

In Malaysia there is a few types of famous beers which locals usually drink like Carlsberg, Tiger, Heineken. You can just order a beer in English and people will understand you but in Malay its "Boss, Beer satu" which means "Boss, one beer". The word boss is used so freely in malaysia that it could be directed to a waiter or sort. you can subsitute the work beer with you choice of beer like "Boss, Heineken satu" and you will be alright...

"zelta nulpieci" (golden zerofive) will work the best in Latvia I guess...
Almost any place has the brand Aldaris Zelta, and 0.5 liter is the standard size. if you ask "vienu alu, ludzu" (one beer, please), you will most certainly be asked for the brand and size
