As the title says really!!! - Also, apologies as this must have been asked thousands of times before!

I will be leaving for Thailand in approx 4 weeks, and need to sort a Working Holiday Visa for Oz before I go (or do I??)

Just wondering how long from when the application has been submitted and £££ paid, how long it normally takes to arrive

Thanks in advance

Dave :)

How much did he pay, if you don't mind me asking?

Not too sure bit I think it may have been in the £40-50 range. Loads of sites do it though so I'm sure a bit of shopping around and he'll get a good price.

Don't "shop around". It should be impossible to get it cheaper than directly on the Australian immigration website, and since the process is very easy and painless, no reason to do it anywhere else.
The cost (as linked to from that first page) is $185 (AUD, so about £77.50). (*frowns* Wow, that's gone up quite a bit. I could swear that when I did it a couple of years ago it was barely more than $100.)

Give us a shout if you are looking for work later in year (if still there)
It would be labouring in building field...but leaves the nites free!!!!!!!!

Myself and my friend did ours through the aus immigration website and got the visas back within 24 hours...they cost us £75 each.
