Travel Forums Introductions i'm sick

As you can see from the title, I caught a bug, yep, the travel bug. GET ME OUT OF HERE!! Everywhere.

So I've been scoping around for a while, and it's a great site. Great resources here!! I love reading about people's travels in all kinds of places. It gives me ideas for my own and hope as well.

So currently I have no home. I'm from the Philadelphia area, but my parents moved about 2 months ago to the middle of nowhere (almost) after selling my car (they had to), so now going "home" means praying my friends can come rescue me.

I also see this concept of "not having a home" as an opportunity to feel less tied down. I have no reservations about leaving for long periods of time, all I need are the resources and the time...which is possible when you make it possible.

This summer I'm going on my first big trip in Israel for a bit and Europe for a longer period of time, 3 months abroad in total. I can't wait to go, 46 days away, but for now it's hard for me to resist an early departure... I am in college, so I kind of have to finish this year at least before leaving. I'm planning to finish my four years and then go on a great RTW trip--open ended, so no limit to where or how long I go there.

Thank you, travellerspoint, for keeping me sane in these past few months while I've been planning and waiting. It's been really hard, but you guys are ALWAYS there for me. See you all around the forum and hopefully all around the world!!

As long as you're hanging about TP you can at least take solace in the fact that we should all be quarantined together - looks like this bug is an epidemic!!
