A friend and I will be flying to London from Los Angeles late September. We plan to travel to Dublin and Edinburgh. What is the cheapest and quickest way to travel between those 3 cities? We want to spend about 3 days in each. We will stay with a friend in Edinburgh but would like affordable recomendations in London and Dublin. Thanks.
For Dublin it depends on what type of place you want to stay in, there are cheap hostels , b n 'bs and hotels it just depends if you want to stay in the city or the suburbs, the cheapest way to get to Dublin at the moment is to fly Ryanair, but Aerlingus has a lot of deals at the moment so I would advise you to check them first ! From London to Dublin by plane takes on average 30-40 mins which means you won't waste too much time. If you need further advise on places to stay or things to see please feel free to contact me.
Kinlay house is a great hostel with cheap dorms in the centre of Dublin and is well worth considering.
Temple bar for a night out dude.
For London hotel accommodation you will be pushed to find a cheaper site than http://www.hotels-london-hotel.com/hotels/kings-cross/
I have not tried these and I suspect you get roughly what you pay for!
