Hi! My name is Clare. I've been a certified scuba diver for the last 9 years so the bulk of my trips have been dive related. I've got a trip planned at the end of May to Bonaire (the "B" in the ABC Islands off Venezuela) which will be strictly diving. In September we have a dive trip planned to Lembeh Straits in North Sulawesi, Indonesia.
I'm itching to get back over to Europe though - went to Italy a ways back and was in London for a couple weeks (for work) 3 years ago.
Looking forward to meeting folks and hearing about their adventures!
Well it is good to have more NJ people here, so welcome. I have been dive certified for a few years but have only logged a handful of dives. Is there anywhere close to here that you would recommend going? Ideally 80 degree, crystal clear waters would be the best, but I am willing to sacrifice. Anyway welcome. Brent
Hi Brent - Continental now has direct flights to Curacao and Bonaire - you are there in about 4 1/2 hours. Both offer similar types of diving - lots of easy shore dives as well as boat dives.
Real close is Key Largo Florida - I love it there. And again, Continental has some great airfares to Ft. Lauderdale right now.
If you need any recommendations in any of these places, let me know!

Welcome To TP...A Great Place,A Community Of Travellers....
Welcome to TP Clare!!!
Love the pics from the Church School of UW Photography!! It's amazing what a few lessons will do....I need to do that myself. My UW photo skills are limited to point and shoot (generally out of focus, or an odd shade of blue-green). Hmmm, must learn to use that SeaLife ReefMaster some day......maybe a strobe would help.......
