Garry,

Right now, it would be Co. Clare & Trad music, Irish Stew at McGann's with a never ending flow of Jameson to round it all out

Unfortunately no tuna on the barbie for me, avoiding hospitals on Holidays is always a necessity!

Slan Beo,

Bit

I'll go with a theme!

Paris
Banana-Nutella crêpe
Very expensive bottle of red wine bought by someone else

Not that I've actually been there, but.......

Necker Island
Fresh lobster w/ drawn butter, and crusty bread with warmed brie
A 50 year-old bottle of Jamaican rum

oh, and it has to be on the veranda on a warm day with a slight southwest breeze

Doesn't it?!!

Well, since I go where Beerman goes (and vice versa), I can't think of a better setting than Necker Island. I will, however, exchange the lobster with drawn butter for very nice order of pheasant (preferred choice) or duck with a delightful dizzle of both a hearty Merlot suace and Bernaise sauce. I will have the crusty bread with warmed Brie. Most definitely will have the 50 year old rum - yum!!

Dear, I will neet you on the veranda for this lovely repast - but you forgot to mention it would be at sunset... ;)
