I'm from Wellington in New Zealand. It's a great little city, lots going on but it's pretty cold now winter has started.
I don't drink beer so can't tell you about that but we have some great wine here.

I've lived in San Diego, California most of my life but a few years ago I moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico. I miss the beach and the Baja fish tacos of San Diego but Santa Fe is flush with charm and excellent restaurants.

Santa Fe is the oldest city to become a state capitol in the U.S. and is also the highest at nearly 7000' elevation. The city is built around the Plaza much like a European city and is a great "walking" town. The city boasts a multitude of museums and galleries for a town of only 60,000 population. (..."only"...can you tell I come from Southern California?)

Santa Fe is famous for it's chile which they smother Mexican food with either red or green chile sauce. (If you want both...order your food "Christmas" style). Margarita's seem to be the drink of choice but you can get almost anything here to imbibe.

I think Zozobra is one of the more interesting festivals here where they burn Old Man Gloom, (a huge, odd looking effigy), near the end of summer in a rather pagan ritual.

I'm from singapore, and because it's just a dot on the map, it's pretty much a city, island and country rolled into one.

you can eat 24 hours a day, starting with nasi lemak and teh tarik in the morning to hainanese chicken rice in the afternoon to chilli crab in the night and roti prata or satay in the wee hours. Honestly, to be listing ANY food here will doing great injustice to the wide variety of food available round the clock.

As for beer, it's Tiger time. Cheers!

Im from a place called Hereford in England,UK.
Hereford is in The west midlands, a stones throw from the welsh border.

Most famous for its cider factory. Bulmers is made here.

With no coincidence, a lot of people including myself drink cider here.

We're among the countryside and Hereford is associated with farmers and apparently we have farmer accents as in ooooh aaaar but i dont think so.

There is a saying

''I cant read, I cant write, but i can drive a tractor.Hereford born,Hereford bred, strong in the arm and thick in the head!!''
