Who's complaining about being 30? The 30s are great! Fantastic! Wonderful! I keep repeating that to myself...

30s - better than the 20s
40s - better than the 30s with better income but some memory loss
50s - much better than the 40s, a bit better income, selective memory kicks in (a good thing) and strange new worlds unfold! (Okay, so the stange new worlds may just be all in your head, but what the hell!)

I remember turning 30 and it was great. You stop being "the kid" and people start telling you the really good dirty jokes.

(You also had a "cheat sheet" since someone else who shall remain nameless (coughmargitcough) got there before you...)

hey sam...if your like me you wont care what age you are. you cant stop time!
just make the best of the time you have.
to tell you the truth when i reached 30 it was nice. (the bold head bit was not as bad then, quite a few people of that age were in the same boat)
now at the ripe old age of 32 and a few months well quite a few month then just enjoy mate, and hey that james is no sping chicken you know

Just to be clear; I totally don't mind being 30!! In fact, I kind of like it, minus this being up late at night stuff, but that was the case in my 20's as well (oh, doesn't that seem long ago )!!

Sam are you sure you are not just saying that, to be kind to those of us that have been 30 for a few months now.
by the time everyone and there father have passed comment about your 30th Sam you could well be 31
