Ric,
I do have the Hep A & Hep B jabs, but that is for all travel. I don't think you need anything special for Cambodia. I have been there over 15 times and never bother with malaria tabs or any other innoculations. So far, so good.

You can get a 'visa on arrival' at just about all border crosssing. Unless you are planning on crosssing from rural Laos, pay for your visa when you get there. Have visa sized photos with you and money. The official rate is $20 for a 30 day tourist visa. The border officials at the Poipet and the Koh Kong border try to overcharge by making you pay in Thai baht. It is not easy to pay the official rate, but it can be done. You have to be out of baht and repeatedly point out the fee is $20.

Send me a PM if you have specific questions. Good luck.

Hi Ricardo, thought I would let you know that the crossing at Poipet and then onto Siem Reap is really dreadful, the road dusty and with large craters and masses of traffic. It will take about 2 and a half hours before you reach a tarmac road and reasonable comfort!!! Siem Reap is well worth the trouble though with the temples really awe inspiring. Just put a cushion under your bum for the ride there. We ordered a taxi from the Peace of Angkor Guest house in SP, it met us at the border and we were charged $45, they also had a young man guide us through the border officials/police and he cost 200 Baht but he saved us a long wait for the visa. Good luck, if you need any more info PM me.....stokesy
