Maudi55 has indicated that this thread is about Thailand

Its all about south of Thailand at the end of November. Any reccomendations are appreciated. What island? Where to stay? What to do? Anything...Thanks to all who advise.

Maybe a bit obvious these days with everyone seeming to go there but I liked Koh Pha Ngan and especially Koh Tao (which was quiet when we were there...). There's great diving on Koh Tao too at good prices....

Koh tao is a nice place to visite, resonable price.
And any place like koh similan ,koh surin is also very very beautiful.

Koh Tao is FANTASTIC. But I'd recommend the west coast - monsoon season starts apparently in Nov. for the gulf islands and visibility would be crap for diving. I've also heard good things about Phi Phi and Krabi.

Although I loved Ko Tao, I really fell in love with Ko Pag Nhan, when i'm leaving for my big trip next year, I will visit it first for two weeks, just to relax on one of the beaches on the east or north side.

Never had such a relaxed time, these beach houses with their hammocks, great music, nice food, great people. We even considered not to go to the full moon party anymore, which was actually the thing we came for.

Have fun!
