It's funny you should mention that movie in particular... I've been trying to read the book for a few months now... I think I put a valiant effort in honestly.. got to almost half (page 217) of the 500 page book (with miniature writing I might add ) and it's just sounds like MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, you know, not the play by Shakespeare, just a lot of gossipy folks with too much time and money and not enough entertainment on their hands. Of course I haven't gotten to the Portrait part of it yet... which is why I'm trying to force myself to get there but it just doesn't want to... Sorry Henry James...

Worst movie ever? good question.

Anything with Steven Segal, except the one where he dies, dunno what it's called but it's about an airplane being hijacked by, as always, arabs. film was good in his death scene, the rest was like watching paint dry, in a public lavatory.

Why does Burt Reynolds always have a monkey in his movies??

Delta force with chuck norris is quite bad too, who ever told chuck he could act?? i would like to know.

BEST film everm has to be Monty Python and the holy grail, call me sad, but it makes me cry from laughter everytime I watch it.

Just my opinions.

Moulin Rouge - just couldn't see the point in it at all

To me, the worst movies ever all were great books that were ruined by being made into movies. Some examples: 1984, Dune, Catch-22, All Quiet on the Western Front (first version), Farenheit 451.

Thank god some great books did turn into great movies. Ones that come quickly to mind are: The Godfather, Gone with the Wind, Wizard of Oz, Jurassic Park, and The Lord of the Rings.

There are a few...

- The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen

The Nautilus navigating the canals of Vanice? A Formula 1-worthy race car in the late 19th century? Huck Finn chasing Mr. Hyde? What? What?

- Ringu

The Ring scared the pants off me, but Ringu? Maybe I should have seen the original first...

- 1 Hour Photo

Some people liked the movie, but it just seemed so... contrived. Why would an 8 year old lay awake at night wondering if the guy at the photo lab was happy? One of those movies where you find yourself throwing your hand in the air and saying "Wha...?".

Hahaha! I saw the League of Extraordinary Gentleman when it came out in theatres... how LAME! Despite the actors being pretty good (Sean Connery, Stuart Townsend, etc.) the movie seriously sucked. I think it was someone's fantasy to have all the classic characters cavorting with one another but honestly it just ended up being crappy.

worst movies must be anything with an animal.
like anaconda, anacondas: black orchid, lake placid, bats, eight legged freaks, arachnophobia, flipper, godzilla and others.
but some are alright: seabiscuit, horse whisperer, finding nemo, lion king, free willy 1

battlefield earth, batman and robin, freddy vs jason, alien vs predator, spice world, glitter, gigli, speed 2 some of those that i can remember coz they're so horrible!

Zanif Pretty much summed up some of the worst ones right there

I just saw Cry Baby on TV. It was petty bad. Kinda entertaining though because it is funny seeing a young jonny depp in a movie like that.

What about Blues Brothers 2000?

In the name of God, why?
